Meet

The moon shone down over the boardwalk, sending splashes of silver over the ocean. Melissa stared into the ocean. Her jet black hair flew back, and her deep blue eyes were exposed.

She turned around, suprised, as the rumble of a motorbike engine sounded. A boy with very white spiked up hair walked over next to her.

“Hello, my name is David,” he said to her in a small voice. “What’s your name?”

“Melissa,” she said, walking past him. He followed her, laughing silently to himself.

I guess there’s no remorse for killing her. She’s very ignorant.

“Why are you alone?” David asked tapping her shoulder.

She spun around and looked him in the eye. “Because.”

“Tell you what,” David muttered. “Get on my bike. I’ll take you out. I mean, you’re not doing anything. Might aswell make someone happy doing nothing.”

Melissa hesitated as she got on his bike.

Why not? I mean, I can protect myself.

She smiled, as David revved up the engine and they rode off.

the cave

David stopped his motorbike outside a large cave, and Melissa shivered inn the sudden cold.

“This is where me and my friends…like to hang out,” David lied, leading her inside.

It was dark inside, with curtains hanging everywhere.

A young man leaned on a rock near the back of the room. He had long blond curly hair, and shining blue eyes. He wore a jacket, covered with many different badges and tassles, a pair of torn black jeans, a pair of finger-less gloves, and a pair of black boots.

Melissa stood by the entrance, and looked at the young man.

“This is Melissa,” said David. “She’s joining us tonight.”

“Uh, hi I’m Marko,” said the blond haired boy.” He walked over to shake her hand. He shifted from foot to foot uneasily.

“Marko, I’m sure Melissa will be hungry. Can you go and fetch the food?”

He nodded, and began to walk down some stairs.

“That’ll be heavy. I’ll help.” She ran over to Marko, and followed him down the stairs.
